Refund policy
Refund: Applicable if requested before your order is dispatched. Also applicable for faulty or defective items.
In order to process a return, you'll need to present a valid proof of purchase along with the products.

- Date of Purchase
- Item(s) for Return
- Reason for Return
- Photos to Identify Defects (Only applicable if the item is faulty/damaged)
Please be aware that we do not offer exchanges for change of mind due to hygienic considerations.
